MillerWater customers are offered a maintenance agreement with all sales. For rental customers the maintenance agreement is provided automatically in their plan.

The customers schedule and pay for a full service/ maintenance call from an authorized MillerWater technician within each six months of lease or from the beginning of the sales period. All services and repairs may ony be performed by an authorized MillerWater representative.

To better serve our customers our technicians are certified in maintenance and repair of all of our systems and any and all attempts by our customers to perform services or repairs or to alter MillerWater equipment in any way will void all warranties.

We offer service plan payment schedules for monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly. The Maintenance plan consists of two yearly visits but if something needs attention before the scheduled maintenance please contact us immediately.
