Return and Warranty Policy
IonWays only offers top quality products. Occasionally something goes wrong or for some reason you need to return a product the following is our policy:
 
The IonWays Invitation:
 
We invite you to try out our new range of Emco Tech ionizers. We are so sure that you will be satisfied that we offer you a 14 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 14 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in “as new condition” and in its original packing.
 
"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. If you have NOT used any product, and NOT opened the box, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
 
Warranty:
 
Our Emco Tech ionizers have the lowest return rate in the industry. If something does go wrong with your Athena, Delphi or Isis ionizer, you can be confident with the IonWays Lifetime Warranty and our top notch customer service. This warranty applies to ALL IonWays ionizers, no matter when they were purchased. Your warranty covers the following:
 
The IonWays Lifetime Warranty (Limited)
 
Warranty: The warranty on Emco Tech ionizers begins on the original purchase date. The IonWays Lifetime warranty covers all ionizer parts (not accessories) and 100% of labor costs in the first 5 years. After the first 5 years the purchaser is responsible for any labor costs-to a maximum of $199. IonWays will cover all shipping costs for 1 year, and then return shipping for up to 5 years from the ordignal date of purchase. After that, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping. Items that have not been assigned an RMA number will not be accepted. IonWays is not responsible for any shipping on repairs outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and Ecuador.
 
Return Policy for Items Other Than Water Ionizers
 
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost. If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are consumables, books and DVDs), subject to a 20% restocking charge within 14 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
 
Important
 
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call (775) 324-2400 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
 
Important note for International Customers: IonWays will cover the parts and labor portion of the warranty as outlined above. IonWays is not responsible for shipping for warranty work in any country outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and Ecuador where the customer bears the expense of shipping. Customers and/or Associates who purchase any IonWays products including 220v units prior to a repair facility being open in their country will take full responsibility to bear any shipping costs to and from an authorized IonWays repair center for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees due. Service will be available in Spain in the near future. We suggest that any customer on an untreated water source (such as well or catchment) provide a water quality report to IonWays so that we may determine if pre-filtration is recommended.
 
We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund (paid by check) to be sent within one week of our receiving and inspecting your return.
